Out of 25 bugs in the master list:
- **15 bugs are LIVE** (verified deployed in current bundle)
- **2 bugs are PARTIAL** (work done but not complete)
- **8 bugs are OUTSTANDING** (need source-side work + new deploy)

Compared to the bug log update from 2026-08-19 11:00 (which said 9 live), we are now **+6 live** because:
- 8 source-side fixes from the day10ff-app-pact branches (bcd5f12, 4dce3b9, etc) have been merged to main + deployed
- But the chrome was NOT mounting those fixes on the live standalone until the chrome-switch-v2 merge (e7b7d24) + bug 22 surfaceKeys fix (644f47e) landed on c8a8c6b
- Then 9 more commits on `legacy-toggle` branch added the polish, color matching, hidden-boot fix, dock-pill-color-promotion

**Net result**: the chrome IS mounted, fixes ARE visible, but 8 bugs are still open or incomplete.

Source: `edge-panel.js:1492-1494` calls `mgr.detach()` from `docked-collapsed` state, but `_renderPanelState` hides `floating` when neighbors are docked. **Fix A proposed in plan a723** (replace detach with dock in the docked-collapsed branch).

## What's in plan a723 (the new bugfix plan I just posted)

Two issues:
1. **Bug 26 (NEW)**: Edge Panel toggle. Fix A at `edge-panel.js:1492-1494` (replace `mgr.detach(id)` with `mgr.dock(id, opts.dockEdge)` in the `docked-collapsed` branch). ~2 lines.
2. **Color claim (operator)**: "CMS pill was yellow" — does NOT match git log, live Oscar site (green), or any HQ artifact. Pushing back honestly, asking operator to confirm intent before any color change.

## Execution readiness

The 2026-08-18 BUGFIX-PLAN was blocked by a sandbox shell failure. **The shell is now working** — verified by:
- `bash` runs cleanly (PID 2512 heartbeat daemon running for 15 min)
- `git` works (read commits, branches, status)
- `curl` works (scraped live Oscar site, searched HQ)
- `grep`, `read`, `write`, `edit` all work

I can now execute the bugfix plan from 2026-08-18. But **3 of the 8 outstanding bugs (15, 9, 14) need more than the original plan's snippets** because the source has evolved. The `fvcms-panel-manager` fragment was deprecated in favor of the chrome-mounted `panel-manager.js` + `edge-panel.js`. So the original BUGFIX-PLAN's 2-file fork is no longer needed.

6. **Bug 25 audit** (SVG icons) — grep all chrome for remaining emoji. 10 min.
7. **Bug 24 audit** (PRO button) — check `pro-mode` references in host-boot.js. 5 min.

Total: ~70 min of focused work to close all 8.
